Clearly I See When I See Thee

Clearly I see 
When I see thee

Before you came 
I was insane

I viewed this life
As was a knife 

That cut and tore
A hole it bore

As was my time
I walked the line

A great big void
I worked to avoid

Until the day
A voice said hey

The time has come
To find the one

I opened an app
Figured I could do that

I expected release
Instead I found peace

It was so neat
No need to repeat

I said the speech
And won my feat

Now she is mine
This precious find

The woman I sought
The one I caught

She is not spared 
I found her there

This life a mystery 
The old is history 

We start anew
Me and you
