Citadelle

does your head hurt too?
the afternoon is over and I still don't have the courage
to see myself in the mirror, you know?
these streets ruined my car
and there's the annoyance with the clock
my disgusting enemy
I'm hating the news
I no longer know how to position myself
I don't know which side I'm on
and there are still visits
a movie that only gets worse
the pain goes away I know but that thing remains
the concern, something like that
somebody could turn down the volume of the world?
after all this is still the way
or have we arrived?

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
