Circus

clowns with swollen lips distract from the
shining squeakpop nose-- your tips & my
fear rose & you're stepping on my toes
i see how it goes-- eyes sparkleshine
neck wrapped in twine lost in time
painted frame i'm tame i came &
conquered sauntered away i'll be
back yesterday, laughing jolly teehees
--knees dirty pleas don't let me give
in don't make me give up-- touch up
on the face that hides erase re
applies to chase the face circus
reality carnival-- depravity can't
stop a carnivore can't stifle the sense
tracking weakness no defense is
--self defense is no longer a
legible excuse
