Cinnamon Roll Friend

CINNAMON ROLL FRIEND

Felica my long ago friend
I am remembering our short
“Do you remember me?" Conversations-
Or at least I think we had some

My first answer was not entirely true
for which I have since felt blue- I do
remember you and did that day like a
 a cinnamon roll

I did not recognize you at first
in the bright sunlight but my request
to see you again was sincere- I looked for you
every time I was in town and then I sadly moved away
 again

Maybe next time if there ever is one
our conversation could last longer- perhaps
you were an illusion and perhaps I was one too
But I really want to be friends again-Where are you
 my cinnamon roll friend?
