Well, I am wondering if this is true?..Enjoyed reading it anyway and thinking about the cinnamon doughnuts..They say that cinnamon helps to stablelize blood sugar but the rest of the doughnut not so sure that would work..Anything with flour or sugar makes mine go up, up, up..Thanks for dropping by..Sara

Glad it works for your husband. I have not been so lucky as it does nothing for me. All I can say is if it works keep doing it. He gets help and gets a treat. How wonderful Blessings Edith

Dear Eve: I can identify with this as I live with this insidious syndrome too. I call it "my sugar problem". Leon

This is so so interesting a write Eve - yet the 'experts' would tell us stuff like doughnits are bad for a diabetic - you prove otherwise. dad is diabetic eats anything and everything especially his plain chocolate and has no issues lol

Jan, like I told David, my husband is a diabetic and has been doing this faithfully for 5 years now, and his blood work comes back normal, actually his cholesterol has been registering low the normal. My 82 year old mother was told to start using cinnamon when she was ill with pneumonia in the hospital. :) Eve

I have heard that Cinnamon is very good at stabilizing and/or lower blood sugar levels . . . but I'm not sure about the doughnut part -- they didn't mention that in the medical Study!! great poem.
