I wish I will be home on Christmas Day, To spend the season with my family; I await grand reunions on our way, Bonds in prayers, programs with a party. Embraced by the warm spirit of Christmas, We all get into our car to church; So excited to join the evening mass, For homily, children’s shows…we march. We all participate in church’s affairs, Family, relatives, friends--- together; Share God’s words, gifts, foods and love fills the air, My family grows so big on December. Christmas with family is still the best, On Jesus Christ’s birthday, I feel so blessed.

Thank you so much for reading my poem, uplifting words and congratulatory greetings my dear poet friend. So sad that I can't go home this Christmas because our vacation will start Dec. 25 and work will resume on Jan 2. So if I'll go home and my trip takes 1 1/2 day, I'll arrive a day after Christmas and a trip back by Dec. 30 or Jan 1. I'll still miss our important family events dear.
