The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Christmas Spirit

People try to be nicer -
a gentle word here,
a soft touch there -
when Christmas draws near.

When Christmas draws near,
it is expected
that people will be friendly -
their hand extended.

Their hand extended
in common friendship
and a willingness
for good not to dip.

For good not to dip,
buy gifts carefully.
You don't want them returned,
even cheerfully.
