Christmas Music
Crisp winter, dust of snow, shivering fun
Hint of celebration flow around town
Reaching the sheer beauty of the season
Impatient chimneys burning slowly down
Santa baby will climb down to a waltz
Taming him with tantalizing taffy
Mistletoe kisses with buzz somersaults
Above ragamuffins warm and cozy
Sleeping dreaming of presents they’ll open
Magic of the night affairs in the stars
Under fuzzy quilt while wind rings the chimes
Sounds of soft footsteps coming down wood stairs
Impatient to see Santa’s good tidings
Children’s eyes light up with joy. Exciting!
