Ladies wear, manly things and toys for children.
Christmas morning is for opening presents.
Pole to Pole colourful Christmas lights brighten
On happy, warm-dressed people with money to spend.
Window displays are filled with all sorts of items.
Rosy cheeks with dimples express excitement
For the Yule with cheerful compliments, godsend.
Christmas morning is for opening presents.
People shopping and bumping with upset children
While carrying boxes and bags of presents.
Store displays are filled with all sorts of items.
Come Christmas Eve is feasting and merriment
As daylight hours shorten and darkness descends.
Christmas morning is for opening presents.
Let the choir sing and ring bells to enlighten.
Love and good will to men, women, and children.
