Christmas Memories

CHRIST* the Lord God reached down to grant love gift
Hope-filled, joyous toward heavenly lift…
Redemption and assured life eternal
Inspiring great spiritual revival
Satisfying beyond what’s temporal…
Transforming heart as in Him I delight
Meaningfully illumined by truth’s light
Anchored upon Scriptures, perfectly right
Saviour makes my Christmas preciously bright.

Memories of great family bonding
Ever remind me of Christmas trending…
Most of all is sharing with kindness’ cheer
Oh, the warmth of belongingness so dear…
Receiving, giving, exchanging presents
Immersing in gracious festive moments…
Enriched with bliss and peace of forgiveness  
Soul of mine thanks Jesus for His goodness.
