Christmas Lunch Is Served. Acrostic.

Christmas lunch is
Here at last.
Roast turkey
Is put on plates with
Sprouts and potatoes and
Then handed to the gathered
Masses who will then overeat
And make merry with
Sparkling wine and soft drinks.

Lots of
Unfinished plates
Now lie surrounded by
Cracker jokes and
Hats, phew!!!

I dont think there""s room for
Sweet but they all try.

So come the afternoon
Everyone is full and content,
Relaxing by the fire in
Very good company
Ecstatic at another Christmas
Day lunch.
