Christmas Joys and New Year's Hope
Reviving the world; girls and boys
Hearing of faith and Christmas joys
How Heaven showed itself and angel's song
Filled simple shepherd hearts and now a throng
Around the world believe
The tiny child superstar makes Evil leave,
Brings miracles to Light,
Stories of Biblical sight and might
Take us blazing into a New Year
Full of Heavenly Hope and a Tear
Of compassion for all those alone
Longing for the Saviour the sin atone!
So sweet Holy Spirit please,
Speak life to all and give us keys
To open Eternal gifts from Jesus,
The King Who speaks to everyone of us
In mother-tongue and hearts heal
Causing us all Love to feel.
