Christmas Eve Blessings

Vibrant lights and aromatic smells force one to believe,
Family lingering for the snapshot, side by side,
Children delight at the presence of this Christmas Eve,
Blessings are exchanged for the great Yule Tide.

The milk is fresh but the cookies are burnt, how tragic,
Relatives are vivacious, full of conversation,
This glorious evening is filled to the brim with magic,
Let joy, peace, and love reign on this celebration.
