It is the time of great birth Jesus was brought to teach us to love here on earth Let us show each other Love, good cheer and in the Lord, stand by our brother One life we have to live Let’s bring our special gifts and give to our world, to renew and relieve Have faith like a child, and believe Tis a time of peace, joy and love, Heed the message from up above, No gift is needed, except the true spirit of the heart Come rejoice one and all, a brand new start, The Lord Jesus’ birth is for celebration, come give thanks, dance and sing Be in the spirit , let your voices rise up and to the heavens, ring Merry Xmas © Barbara Derick, April 1995
