Christmas 2023

Christmas 2023 I met my friends We laughed at the same jokes and stories We have been laughing at for the past ten years I did not cook or clean until I had been home a week Then I broke down and cleaned the kitchen table So we could eat there if we wanted to We ate there once, my husband and I We did not have to decorate I have had my three foot tree up since 2020. It is a flashing fiber optic night light in our living room. My husband asked if we could take it down. I gave him snake eyes, and he shuffled off. I am the Queen of Christmas around here. It is one of my favorite do-nothing-holidays.
