Christmas

Christmas is a state of mind,
That I continue to find,
Bringing with it joy of the right kind,
So, that I can always unwind,
Even if difficulty throughout the year I have found.  

The urge to care ,
To share,
To sing and dance always there,
To encourage others to let their hair down,.
While keeping costs down,
In order to turn their frowns upside down.

And when Christmas comes around,
I want to be there for another round,
To share the joy I always find,
Even if difficulty throughout the year I have found.
