Christ Extended A Heavenly Invitation…
Christ extended an invitation to receive him.
I thought about it. But I didn’t believe him.
How could someone like him, truly love me?
I’ve sinned so many times. I’m sure he knows me.
Christ spoke to my heart words so true…
And said; “I’ll always be faithful to you!”
His voice brought comfort to my ears…
I felt I had spent many wasted years.
I arose from the bed that very moment.
I accepted HIM! And his blood’s atonement!
I accepted his invitation to accept him!
For all that he’s done... I’ll never forget him!
I’m so thankful for the opportunity given!
Now, I’m cleansed and totally forgiven!
He brought peace and healing to my mind!
And has been there for me... Every time!
Glory be to Jesus! Almighty God is he!
He has come, that I may have life abundantly!
Thank you Jesus! For the invitation you extended!
Your love and mercy
are to be commended!
You came and changed me from the inside out!
You ‘re so wonderful! And what life is about!
