Chow Call

Disappointment settles inside of us
But hunger does things to sadness that scowls
This is called numbing the pain to pain free
Mummified we ingest and hate and frown
Noticing pain swallowing punishment
A biscuit without eggs without friends
Seated beside horror and lust and shapes
Hoping my trust in God trusts with no end
In fact that is the untold lock release
The unsung song that reached its peak then dropped
Sporks poke stir and separate eat from no
Then stop repeat restart stir repeat stop
Claustrophobia a dance song on mute
Patience that stands strong stays strong and frames truth...
