Choices We All Must Make
In the beginning, life is all about winning
Before long, most of us have it all wrong
Finding our place among the human race
Starts with Gods love and good grace
Only then can we find our happy place
Toeing the right line
Making sure its all mine
Not taking anything for granted
In Jesus, my roots forever planted
Paying it forward, on the right path
I won't get caught up in his wrath
Standing with God like a lightning rod
Through him, we learn to pray
Bringing us balance and peace along the way
Life is full of choices we all must make
Living through his promise, I will take
His bible written for all to shower in its wake
In the end, Jesus returns to make no mistake!
The scriptures tell us many will follow the snake!
Our souls saved when we chose the right, faith!
With love and understanding, we must embrace,
God in heaven in his holy grace
Will you get left behind in the full chase?
Looking for the right staircase
Blinded in complete disgrace
When Jesus returns, leaving no trace
Of the evil satan brought to the human race!
