Notes About The Poem

Chocolate Milk

I poured myself a little glass
Of chocolate milk, took a pass
Finished making my small meal
Another small sip did steal
Then asked, "If I should be so brass

Is that small glass only half
Empty, or half-full?" as I did laugh
My inner being said
Half-full sleepy head
So poured a glass on my behalf
