Loves tender careess, wet tongue speaks so profoundly
Encourages to live life fuller and richer each day.
Peaceful soul, until provoked by injustices perceived
Ready to defend the weak and broken hearted
Ready to give of life and self, ready to serve
Ready to follow, ready to chase
Nose nudges say don't forget me, "I'm hungry too."
"I want to play too!" Little paws tip, tap, tip, tap across the linoleum
and check the menu for today.
Likes to visit granny and uncle Rocky every day, just to say "Hi."
