Chivalry
Coupled, they brave the storm
and critical exposure
forced by the storm to form
a perilous enclosure.
Under its salvo, they
press shivering shapes together
to limit the foray
of such unholy weather.
Embedded thus, they dare defy
the higher forces. Yet
his chivalry is impotent.
For nature soaks her wet.
