Chiron of Centaurus

Chiron
the wise centaur
wounded and in agony
was enthroned in the sky by Zeus -
spared pain for being kind.

Chiron
half-man, half-beast
had more the heart of a god -
so from his own gateway of stars
shines down forevermore.

I have written so many poems about myself and my life, I need new material and the contests fit my need perfectly. this one was especially hard for me to do. It's a very restrictive form, to that I agree!
