Child's Treatment

I couldn't wait, Until the day, That I would be that age, Where I'm no longer a child, No longer a teen, No longer something inbetween. I've turned nineteen, And I've had enough. Life is tough already, Quit pushing me to be unsteady. I don't need this child's play. These talks that cause pity and pain, Only push me further away. Enough of this. I'm done with this child's treatment.
