Children's Love
Thinking positive is hard to do
When so many people are
telling you what you should do
I'm learning again to have faith
in my heart
I feel this is a beginning of a
brand new start
When all else fails look above
God has released a special dove
To look upon me no matter
what I do
To reassure me that he cares
too
With faith in one hand and God
in the other
I'm so blessed I'm a mother
Two beautiful children to hold
and to love
They were sent to me from God
above
Unconditional love from the
start
They have embraced it with all
their heart
My children are there when I
fall
Gently whispering, mum you
can stand tall
I wipe my tears and opened my
eyes
To see my children standing so
young and wise
With warmth and love in their
heart
I promised to god I will make a
new start
My children mean the world to
me
And this wasn't a good place to
be
Ten steps forward and no steps
back
walking with my children on the
right track
