Children; Toed And Fingered

Soft and gentle knows its own.
And is drawn to it.
Brightens, a little, meanwhile
Whose glum pushed aside outlook
The old inherit.

From off duck pond's wharf-dip
Paddling the fiercer!
Over and through llama's, lamb's
Wiry vibrating fence-dab
Voicing the fonder!
