Child Soldiers

In despair I bow my head and hear
"My children."
Who made you into killing machines?
Who taught you to cut off hands
And feed them to the dogs?
I gave you river full of fish.
Who taught you to turn the river red
in human blood?
I gave you strength to hunt.
Who gave you order to hunt
villagers in cold blood and pull their tongues?
I gave you mouth to sing.
Who taught you the lips of hatred and revenge?
I gave you heart to live together in peace.
Who buried it alive?
I hear the words of warning
from the Great Creator.
