Child of God

I'm a child of the One who gave the earth it's design(created)

When I think of it, it blows my mind

That the God above would come down for mankind

Heal the sick, the lame and the blind

Preach the Gospel of the Kingdom to come

Tell the world that He is the One

The only way to Heaven above

And that's why He came down because of His great love

He was wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities

Suffered to the point of death, such a loving person was He

So that those who believe in Him can spend their eternity

With Him in heaven that's where we'll always be

A place free of sorrow, pain and calamities

That beautiful moment when Lord Jesus' face we see

Our bodies will be glorified and we'll be the same as He

All we have to do is to Admit, Believe and Confess

And the Lord Jesus Christ will take care of the rest

Change our entire life even though it's a mess

Coz He is a compassionate God full of kindness

So once we are saved we must become witnesses

So that others can also share in our happiness

He is coming soon to take us home with Him

So we should live a righteous life one which is free of sin
