The eggs of the Chickadee are white with tiny brown speckles I believe. I will check again this year, and see for sure. There are indeed a uniquely beautiful bird. we are blessed abundantly with them here in the Ozarks. We also have the Golden Finches, and the wild Canary type. The Canary are a variation of colors, blue, yellow and purple markings. Agape, Moses

This is really neat Doris. I have a ten room bird box that Chickadees build in every year. This I think is quite rare getting them to build in a birdhouse. But they sure enought do. Their eggs are so tiny. They build their nests out of moss totally. Agape, Moses

Nice and tight. I like it. Wow, a mother and daughter act. This will be formidable in any and all contests, to be sure. I liked the squiggle. Adds a light touch! Regards, Gerard.

Dear Doris, your poem about the Alps was just beautiful! I like your Haiku as well, even though I’m not good at writing Haikus myself. Thanks for your comment on my poem, Blithe Spirit, I haven’t had time to post another because some of the groups I manage keep me pretty busy. But I will try to post something else soon. Love, Amy.
