Chess Game With My Twin Flame

In a game of chess against my twin flame, We sat across the board and the battle commenced! With each move we make, we both strive to claim Victory, but fear of loss makes us both tense. For we've both been “loved”, but it was not pure, For past love was just a desire to possess, To validate themselves as they grow and mature, At the cost of our happiness. But with my twin flame, it's different, you see, She’s an equal to me, a partner in mind, But still, we both fear to lose ourselves fully, To someone who may, in the end, be unkind. So we play this game, with each move so precise, Hoping to find love, but not at our own sacrifice.
