Cherishing (Love Came Down)

Cherishing a man child
Holding only just a little while

Redeemer in her loving arms
Infant boy radiating charms

Savior of mankind is born
The angels announce one dark morn

Mary pondered each day
As supernatural began display

Son of God, her son

Love, God's love came down
Opposing satan's evil ground


Victory, oh victory is our's today
Emanuel chose to give his love away
