Cherished Friend
Cherished friend bestowing kindness and guidance from sensuous lips
Subtly but soundly parting curtains to my enlightenment
Now softly bathed in the radiant light of hope unending
Nevermore lingering in tenebrous isolation and disquietude
Giving rise to deepest strength newly awakened
Arousing passions long lost or forgotten
Blissful harmony of spirits that was unforeseen
Captivating two hearts with tender regard
Gradually evolving into ardent love eternal
You grace my life with your presence
