Cherish the food you eat
Life is with problems replete
Our sensual desires entreat
Satisfying senses, solving problems
We skip, swallow have health problems
Chew well, timely you eat
We only think of good taste
Our knowledge sleeps disgraced
If health, hygiene were embraced
We can reduce problems faced
Always good food you eat
Food provides benefits multitude
While eating express your gratitude
Toward food change your attitude
Eating should not be devalued
Respect the food you eat
