Cherish
On top of the mountain in the darkness of the night...
The view of the valley is an awesome sight.
A light turns on here, another over there...
And when a light goes out does any one care?
One day our light will go out too...
And when it does there will never be the same view.
So cherish each light that is burning bright and true...
It will be an inspiration to them and life to you.
We need each other as we live our days...
Because meshing together empowers our ways.
So go to the mountain and view the lights...
There is no more pleasurable way to spend your nights.
Cherish each light as it burns bright and true...
For each one will bring inspiration and a lift in life for you.
