Cheese Man
The Cheese Man can’t tell you ate his brother.
So relax.
He will be here soon.
He is real.
A big block of cheese.
Turns down the heat.
He is careful.
Not to turn to fondue.
The cheese block is a blob,
I have a cheesy, melting feeling.
We are here in this room.
We pretend we’ve never eaten and hate eating.
But just minutes before…
I had eaten cheese sliced thin.
He knows but he is resigned.
To being delicious…
Eat delicious cheese.
Even the nice ones.
Are savory.
So eat.
So eat the Cheese Man.
He eats mice, you know?
We all eat things.
I take a bite and feel a crunch.
