This is the last day of one of the most miserable years that we have had to endure since the 1940's   It is time to put it to rest and celebrate its passing. Cheers

Day-201 “Cheers” I’m wearing black today There is a funeral I must attend It’s for my friend “Good old 2020” I’m wearing black today Am wearing it with pride For there is “Joy” inside Good old 2020 has passed away Never more shall I mourn For Good old 2020 Was more than I could stand So I wear black today For the “Joy” it brings And the smile that grows Upon my face Come 11:59 I’ll tear it from my back Raise my glass and grasp My rusty spade and Bury Good old 2020 six feet down. “Cheers” Lon 12/31/2020 #308
