Check Out That Sunset
We’ve yet to share a sunset
Or a harvest moon
I’m waiting for the sunrise
I spend next to you
You take me to the moon
And more than back again
I know our hearts are waiting
Just tell me where and when
Let’s check out that sunset
Let’s check out that moon
On sands where waters crash
Over me and you
I guess for now we’ll share it
Disguised in our eyes
While the truth we’re sharing’s
Deep inside our minds…
