Cheap Isn'T Part of My Description
Just because I get excited
when you talk to me
and your smile, tickles my fancy
and because I get obviously intense
when you pay attention
to another flower so charming;
just because my eyes gossip
of my burning heart, when you look good.
And there's no where
to hide my sensual body gestures
when you hold my hands;
just because I wash you
with compliments
and rinse them off with your praises
when you show every little kindness;
just because my heart
stores a sculpture of your charisma
and me in totality, is already devoted to a fraction of you;
just because you've seen
my yearnings so clearly
and the world has seen through me
that I accept to be lured by your unconscious magnet;
does not mean you'll snap your fingers
for my tongue to lick your toes.
nor you'll blink your eye
and I'll appear in attendance to your worship.
Love is a good thing,
the feeling beats every good experience
biting its endocarp, isn't my doing
but as I let my heart speak
it's lips will be controlled
by the stewards of my mind.
Do things right and follow due process.
This I assure; you must do
if you want to enjoy the good tidings of my soul,
cos when setting my description
'cheap' isn't any of its words.
It is natural to feel this way
but total folly to be punished because of it.
