Waiting in the tower high Within a castle strong Surrounded by a moat so deep For her prince to come Always keep the drawbridge up The gates closed and bared Guards to keep the tower safe The one she never leaves Many years has she waited Glazing out over the country wide Wondering where could he be And why he is not at her side Always will she watch and hope For her prince at last to come Carry her from her tower high From the castle strong
