Charmed

There once was a child
crushed by a weight
made a move forward
but was pushed toward fate
lifeless almost barely breathing
quietly retreating...fleeting
making moves towards remembrance
but a path to take surrendered
would be story if all true
strong and beautiful like you
cleansed and changed the ways of fear
and opened up such arms
dread away now disappeared
quietly took up it's charms
There once was a child.
