Charity Begins At Home
Tongues as cymbals
Or sounding brass
What you believe
Is but one small path
You may aspire to greater heights
But that will not allow you to advance
In your God's eyes
Love yourself
Not in a lustful way
Love your neighbour
With all your heart
Embrace your enemy
The same.
It is in love
Where the human meets the divine
And in that moment
Heaven's gates open
Knock with love
And they will open to you.
