Chapter Closed

Farewell, all my friends and foes. To the day, where you’ll see me, but my eyes and ears, closed. It is today, when I become your ghost, haunt your dripping conscience, and everyone that knows. To those who doubt my height, terrified once I stand upright. Little people keep on looking high, in hopes I gaze, past my eye. But indeed, truly, I say goodbye, to all the people who burdened, I. To all the souls who swam in lies, and drowned us all to feed their minds. To the ones who didn’t turn to last, to those who stay and sink in past. To all who talked so vast and fast, that entered the castle walls, and burned that right down to ash. To those no longer here with us, to those who earned and broke our trust. To those who never put us first. To those who made us thirst. Farewell, goodbye and be free, at worst.
