Changes

I watched the world change
Right before my eyes
With the blink of an eye
There were nothing but skies
No dreams
No goals
Just love
Which had gotten old
No friends 
No hope
Like you're sitting
By the lope
Wondering how people and things 
Change right before your eyes
In the end there's nothing left
But the blank, blue skies
