Change In the Weather
Some days my emotions come in like a hurricane,
crashing and flooding,
destroying everything in its path
even the important things
that mean so much to others,
nothing matters at that point.
On other days my emotions seem as calm as the wind blows in the trees
serene and relaxed, calming and tranquil
Caring for everything that is important in life
and at that moment all the bad things seem to go away
And then there are those moments,
where my emotions are like a tsunami
I suck in everything,
and hold it for awhile
until it's I have held it for too long,
then I explode
full of hatred, anger and hostility
I'm sorry for those moments
please don't turn into an opponent
I have my good times
and my bad
so I pray
you will stay
even on my bad days
