You see the face you wake to see-
Daily surprises you hope to be-
The trust you give, no one knows-
But upon your face it surely shows-
Hurt will come, enemies appear-
Lend me your time; I’ll try to hear-
Love misgiven cannot replace-
Hope for change must then you face-
