Champaigne Down the Drain
Champaigne Down the Drain
Remembered when you were the only one
And now all of the damage has been done
Sent my Champaigne all down the drain
And by myself I must endure the pain.
Seemed so wonderful when you were here
All of my dreary loneliness did disappear
But have become part of a brand new rage
Am reading Bible with God on every page.
Great music together He and I both made
And far into past none of it did ever fade
Lord made for me a lovely life like this
Better read more pages or point may miss.
Glad God has been a replacement for her
He is always certain and knows for sure
Where past has gone and future will be
Things are always great with God and me.
