Chamber Music

In his arms he held me to him
Cradling my neck and body
Running his fingers
Arousing my notes

Caressing with his bow
He mastered his movements
Positioning me gently
Loving me so

Sweet music he played me
The passion it moved me
And built screaming crescendo
When we danced so slow

Hi Anna-Marie! So nice to see you posting new poetry again. I do love the way an instrument like a violin seems to create an atmosphere of romance. Very good use of personification, Hon! It is beastly hot here in Florida now. Perhaps you are enjoying some nicer weather. Sending love, Carolyn
