Cha and Chee
The say twins think alike, but Cha and Chee
were poles apart
For all the kindness Cha spread
Her sisters cruelty matched
Cha painted sunflower balloons
Chee blood drenched moons
Cha looked for friends to meet
Chee alone just seethed.
Cha her sisters love was all she yearned
Chee always spurned
So Cha with guile
whispered stories of the killer king
enticing her sister in
with tales of ripped flesh and bone
Chee listened and showed no interest
but Cha knowing better
plan coming together
I know where Colossus is
Her sisters eyes met hers
Lets sneak out tonight
and i will prove i'm right
met with a grunt and shrug
As the house settled
in its whines and creak
Cha beckoned to her near sleep sibling
daring to go on
A quick pulled pair of slippers
as the night turned around the pair
Turn and step
sister followed sister
Bending shadows
nighttime sounds its voice
Her sister starting to wain
We are nearly there
pointing at a misted cave
Slow she whispered
Hes in there
as in the darkness
breath moved the air
Chee not convinced
probably some bats she winced
Stand behind me Cha motioned
Chee watched as Colossus
Like pet pulled himself towards
Cha's sweetened voice
Chee without choice
nodded you were right
with all her might
pushed sister toward gleaming fangs light
a smile
just slight
