Great prompt. Powerful and practical ending. It ends all problems if practiced. But not easy

To remain vibrant in blissful repose is what is expected of us. Life is short, so never stay stagnant, but let divine energy course through us. Great line of inquiry.

does not nature too ask of us to and then do we not accordingly comply in exhaling completely without holding on to that specific packet of breath we had imbibed, whilst aware that the next breath is not promised?
