Cells

Life is comprised of cells The ones that arise not only out of each other in our bodies And organisms everywhere But the ones that we build Out of our fear And our fragility On these cells are the bars that separate us not only from our fellow man and woman But also from the life that waits for us beyond them They are the ones that separate us from happiness From health From well being And fulfilling our dreams While at the same engendering conflict All throughout the world and history
